Tharanco Group Inc. buys majority stake in Nick Graham, partnering with Graham’s sales and marketing company to distribute the brand’s collection of men’s dress shirts and furnishings. Tharanco Group also becomes the official North American apparel licensee for Cherokee's Hi-Tec brand, moving into the outdoor and outdoor crossover lifestyle market.
